1 cup250 mL Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup125 mL vanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 cup125 mL pomegranate/blueberry juice
1 cup250 mL fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup250 mL halved seedless red or purple grapes
1 : In a blender, combine evaporated milk, yogurt, juice, blueberries and grapes.
2 : Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
Frozen or bottled grape juice can be substituted for pomegranate juice.
Pomegranate juice is now found in combination with blueberry juice, cranberry juice and other fruits. Any of these can be used for the juice ingredient.
