: Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Grease or line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.

: Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Reserve.

: Whisk evaporated milk, eggs, water, brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add bread add toss gently to combine until egg mixture is absorbed. Gently fold in blueberries.

: Divide mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

: Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
